After Hours

To better serve our clients, OHS-COMPCARE is making after hours services available at our Independence Clinical Facility at 19000 E. Eastland Ctr. Ct., to 10p.m. Monday through Friday.
The average SAVINGS from using OHS-COMPCARE rather than an emergency department is approximately $200 per visit.
The indirect SAVINGS are also significant and include such benefits as:
✜Less time away from work because of faster visit times with less waiting.
✜Aggressive return to work philosophy means fewer lost time injuries.
✜Better communications with the designated supervisors.
✜Consistency in care between the initial and follow up visits.
  ✜Consideration of workplace issues like:
          recordability,
          use of heavy equipment,
          DOT compliance,
✜Certified drug screen collector means compliant drug testing.
Fon non work-comp services, and access fee will be applied to visits after 5:00PM.

OHS-COMPCARE will also continue to have a physician on call via telephone after normal business hours, on weekends and holidays so the employer literally has 24-hour-a-day, 365-days-a-year occupational medicine resource on call. OHS-COMPCARE also offers a certified collector that go on-site after hours.
