Directions to the Clinic:
From I-70, take the 57th St. exit. Turn north on 57th St.
and follow it past State Ave. OHS-COMPCARE is in the second building
on the east side of 57th St., which becomes Meadowlark Lane in the
Meadowlark Business Center. There is plenty of free parking at the
door of the building.

Facility Medical Manager:
Kimberly Cater, M.D.
Dr. Cater is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
She has more than 10 years of experience in family practice and urgent
care. Dr. Cater is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of
Medicine. She also completed a post graduate family practice residency
at the University of Kansas School of Medicine.

After Hours Injury Care
Statistics show that cases that are aggressively managed from
the day of the injury resolve faster and cost less and are less
likely to involve litigation. Let the OHS-COMPCARE on-call physician
help you manage those injuries from the start. For after hours emergencies,
contact the clinical facility and ask for the physician on call
to be paged.

OHS-COMPCARE works directly with Providence Medical Center to deliver
24 hour service to the community employers. When you arrive at the
emergency department, inform the physician that you are a client
of OHS-COMPCARE. If you have not already done so, instruct the physician
to contact on-call physician. The OHS-COMPCARE physician will assist
the emergency room physician in managing issues like appropriate
duty status, use of medications in the workplace, referrals and
follow up care.
After Hours Drug Screens
For after hours drug screens, call the clinical facility and ask
for the after hours collector to be paged. The collector will go
on-site to an employer's campus or meet the patient at the emergency
department.
